Washington, DC- Congressman Jesús "Chuy" García issued the following statement regarding the closing of Westlake Hospital:
"I am very concerned about reports that Westlake Hospital may be closing as soon as tomorrow. The closure of the hospital would harm people in my community who are currently being treated by doctors in that facility and who don't have other options for their health care.

Last month, the agency announced it would close nearly two-dozen offices in 21 countries around the globe that assist with refugee and asylum cases, help Americans who are adopting children from abroad, and process applications to reunite families. The offices also work to combat immigration fraud.
