Naomi Meria Lake, formerly a Senior Legislative Assistant, will now serve as Legislative Director, and Megan Seymour has joined Team Chuy to lead his Transportation & Infrastructure Committee work as a Legislative Assistant.

“This morning, I was alerted to antisemitic leaflets distributed at residences in my district. I condemn this disgusting display of antisemitism. My Jewish constituents deserve to live in safety and without fear of intimidation or violence.

“If House Resolution 798 meaningfully engaged with the real and rising danger of antisemitism, I would have voted for it. Instead, it mischaracterizes incidents of campus antisemitism as going unaddressed, and attacks students for procedural decisions about their condemnation of Hamas.
