WASHINGTON, D.C. — Representatives Jesús "Chuy" García (IL-04), Jim Costa (CA-16), and Raúl Grijalva (AZ-03) led a letter urging the Biden administration to end the Trump-era Employer Correction Request Notices, also known as the "No-Match Letter" program. Representatives Grace Napolitano (CA-32), Ayanna Pressley (MA-07), Jan Schakowsky (IL-09), Bonnie Watson Coleman (NJ-12), Pramila Jayapal (WA-07), Marie Newman (IL-03), Judy Chu (CA-27), Juan Vargas (CA-29) and Tony Cárdenas (CA-29) also co-signed the letter.

Mixed-status families, in which one parent does not have a social security number, are owed payments under the December 2020 stimulus package and the American Rescue Plan.
