This critical legislation, which is identical to the Senate version, lays out a comprehensive framework for combating corruption, impunity, and human rights violations in Honduras.

Minimum insurance requirements for motor carriers were established in 1980 and have never been adjusted for inflation. A version of the INSURANCE Act passed as an amendment to H.R.

The bill would allow the Department of Transportation (DOT) to prioritize Transportation Demand Management (TDM), a collection of practices that help reduce travel demand.
