"Carmen Moreno was a long-time Little Village resident who owned and operated Azteca Currency Exchange on 26^th Street. She will be remembered in the community for her friendliness and commitment to improving the neighborhood. Her involvement with the Little Village Chamber of Commerce helped strengthen this commercial district, making it the second largest revenue generating area in the city.
