Washington, D.C. – Representatives Jesús "Chuy" García (IL-04), Jan Schakowsky (IL-09), along with eight members of the Illinois delegation, sent a letter to American Airlines voicing their concerns over its plan to outsource 5,000 jobs overseas to foreign aircraft maintenance and repair stations.
