CHICAGO – Today Congressman Jesús "Chuy" García (IL-04) announced that the winner of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition representing the 4th Congressional District is Chelsea Garcia García, a junior at Hubbard High School and Chicago Lawn resident who submitted a piece using printing ink, paper, and linoleum entitled “Am I A Burden?” It will be displayed for one year in the U.S. Capitol alongside winning artwork from students from across the United States.
