CHICAGO – Today Congressman Jesús “Chuy” García (IL-04) held an event to present the record $27 million in Community Project Funding secured for his district for Fiscal Year 2023. The Congressman was joined by community leaders, local elected officials, and government entities receiving project funds. The event was held at the National Museum of Mexican Art. Elected officials in attendance included: Cook County Commissioner Alma Anaya, Northlake Mayor Jeffrey Sherwin, and Berwyn Alderman Scott Lennon.
