"Decades ago I was a proud union member in my first jobs. I have a long-standing tradition of support for working men and women and the importance of collective bargaining. The teachers and staff who work in our schools do important and challenging work—educating our children. I stand with the members of the CTU and SEIU as I have always advocated for workers to organize for better wages and working conditions.

The agency has awarded a contract worth almost $1 million to the company Strategic Operations to build "hyper-realistic" replicas of neighborhoods in Chicago and Arizona.
