It is a great honor to continue to serve constituents from the 4th Congressional District in Congress. In order to better address the needs of constituents who are unable to travel to our current office locations, my team offers Satellite Office Hours.As Congressman, I understand the importance of being present and accessible to all constituents in need of navigating services and programs with a federal agency
During Satellite Office Hours, my staff will help with federal agency related casework issues such as veterans’ benefits with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), tax issues with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Social Security check issues, inquiries and requests with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for immigration applications and processes, and other federal government-related matters.
At the Satellite Office Hours, my staff will provide the following services for constituents:
- Highlight information on the role of a federal government office including programs, services, and grants..
- Conduct casework intake to contact a federal agency on their behalf.
- Connect constituents with other local government officials.
- Present materials with legislative updates and the Congressman’s priorities.
- Share upcoming events, opportunities to meet the Congressman, legislative updates, and engage around potential opportunities to partner with local organizations and stakeholders.
- Provide resources for referrals for legal assistance, if needed.
